The names of the people involved in the fatal crash near Appleton on Saturday have been released.

State Patrol identifies crash victim as Seymour woman

A 3-year-old boy who was a passenger in Kroncke's minivan suffered life-threatening injuries, according to Sgt. Luke Newman of the State Patrol. Newman said the boy, whose name was not released, was taken to Appleton Medical Center and then was transferred to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

Seymour woman dead after head-on crash

Police have confirmed that the passenger in the minivan was a 3-year-old boy. A relative of the child told FOX 11 that he is in stable but critical condition at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Waukesha. The family member also says the driver of the minivan was the boy’s grandmother.
Pamela Kroncke was driving east in a minivan when she crossed the center line and struck a pickup truck, driven by Douglas Visocky, head-on. Kroncke was declared dead at the scene, and Vicocky was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. A 3-year-old passenger in Kroncke's minivan, reportedly Kroncke's grandson, was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
