Fairbanks, AKAccording to Anchorage police, Shad W. Wood was driving on Peger Road before 7:30 a.m. when he rear-ended a taxi cab. He left the scene of that collision and drove onto the Johansen Expressway where he then sideswipped two different vehicles. Investigators say that alcohol and drugs were not involved in these incidents. While no one was seriously hurt these collisions are still under investigation.
