Los Angeles, CAA man was standing in front of his Nissan outside of a Thai restaurant on Western Avenue in Gardena when he started the vehicle remotely. The car was unfortunately left in gear, so when it was started it ran over its owner and smashed into the restaurant. No one inside the business was hurt, and the vehicle's owner suffered only minor injuries.

San Diego, CAAn out of control car flew off a nearby roadway and landed into the roof of George Strother's garage, leaving a large hole. The driver fled the scene on foot. Police are trying to track down the driver through the information associtaed with the vehicle, which is apparently a dealer loaner car. No one in the house was hurt during the accident.
