Kendra Marie Trimm was arrested after deing involved in two crashes with her 5-year-old son inside the car. She allegedly rear-ended a vehicle at East 3rd Avenue and Pace Street around 5:45 p.m. before fleeing the scene. A witness followed her and sent updates to authorities. She later crashed into a home at 830 E. 5th Ave., trapping her passengers inside the car. Two people who were riding in the car were able to free themselves and flee the scene. Trimm attempted to leave her five year-old boy with a family next door to the home she crashed into after the accident, and they refused.

Steven Guardado was sitting in his backyard with his family near the intersection of U.S. Highway 287 and Knobcone Drive when a silver truck crashed through his fence and into his yard before speeding away. The truck narrowly missed Guardado's family who had been sitting there moments before. The driver of the vehicle was wearing a LCSO uniform and badge, and the Loveland police confirms that it was a member of the sheriff's office.

A man believed to have driven a car into the side of a Peerless Tire store has turned himself in to Broomfield Police. Early Saturday morning, a witness saw a white Toyota Camry had been driven into the side of the building at 11985 Teller St., causing several thousand dollars in damage that included a gaping hole on the west side of the building. A man was seen getting out of the car and walking away. Officers searched the area, but the driver was not found.
