Saturday, January 31, 2015Ashli Regina Harvey, 27, was allegedly driving as fast as 89 MPH in a 45 MPH zone when Lavon Rosa Nicole Reese attempted to cross Monroe Street from Talpeco Road in her Volkswagen. The collision launched both vehicles 75 feet from the point of impact. Harvey was arrested in May 2015 on charges of Vehicular Homicide and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in connection with the accident.
