Evansville, INA teenager identified as Matthew Payne was driving a moped on Seventh Street when he somehow lost control and crashed into the curb, causing him to be thrown from the vehicle. He is being treated at the hospital for what has been described as a traumatic head injury, though neither Payne's exact age nor more details on his condition were available.
