Friday, January 30, 2015Police and family members are asking for the public's help in locating the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian collision on Friday night in Seekonk. Karen McHugh, an assistant town clerk in Seekonk, was struck and killed in front of her home on Arcade Avenue as she was walking from their garage to their house. Due to the snow on the sidewalk, McHugh stepped into the street and was hit by a car that then left the scene. She was found lying deceased in the street.
