Alexander Schultz was driving in excess of 50 mph when he lost control of his Volkswagen sedan and the car flipped several times and landed in a field. Schultz was found dead at the scene. The car was heavily damaged and it does not appear that Schultz was wearing a seat belt. Authorities are not completely sure what caused the crash, but excessive speed is considered to be the primary factor in his death.
