Authorities are investigating after a deadly accident near Clinton, Mo., on Saturday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, the 3-vehicle accident happened on MO-13 around 2 p.m.
The report states a 2007 Mazda M3S, driven by Jennifer N. Reeder, was headed northbound on MO-13 when it crossed the center line, hit a 2003 Toyota Solara, before hitting a 2003 Chevrolet Impala head-on. It then rolled on an embankment.
Police said one person died after an accident in Kirkwood Saturday evening.
Authorities said the driver, Vladimir Paradovskiy, 67, was driving on Interstate 270 when he veered off the right side of the highway and struck the guardrail. Police said he then over-corrected and hit the concrete median.
He was taken to an area hospital but later died.
A four-year-old Granite City, Ill. girl and 11-year-old Granite City, Ill. boy are dead after a Saturday afternoon crash in Jefferson County, Missouri.
Four-year-old Bryleigh Greene and 11-year-old Ethan Price were passengers in the car that was struck. Three other people were injured.

One person was arrested after a single-vehicle wreck in north St. Louis early early Wednesday morning. Authorities say a vehicle landed on its roof after wrecking near the intersection of Baden Avenue near Newby Street just after midnight. One person was taken into custody from the scene. It is not known if they were injured. The car was towed away from the scene.
Southbound Interstate 35 just south of downtown Kansas City reopened mid-morning Tuesday about three hours after a tractor-trailer crashed and erupted in flames.
A truck crashed and erupted in flames about 7 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-35 just south of the Southwest Trafficway exit.

A car pulling a trailer full of alligators crashed in Cape Girardeau but apparently the reptiles never posed a threat to anyone.
A crash happened in the southbound lanes of Interstate 55 in the southeast Missouri community around 7 p.m. Saturday.
Four alligators ranging from 3 feet to 5 feet long were being hauled in a small trailer behind one of the cars.
A man and his wife who were in the car pulling the alligators were injured in the wreck. Police say the animals remained inside.
A 56-year-old man was killed in a single vehicle wreck in Jefferson County early Monday morning.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Michael Cooper was driving on northbound Rte. JJ south of Singer Ln. around 4:45 a.m. when his vehicle left the road.
Cooper’s car then struck a tree and overturned. Cooper was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the wreck was unknown.
Authorities say Hillsdale Police officers were chasing a vehicle into St. Louis City when it crashed Thursday evening.
Police say the pursuit began after a report that someone was in the trunk of the vehicle. Officers said they backed off from the pursuit shortly before the suspects’ vehicle crashed into two other cars at Natural Bridge and Union.
Two suspects were then taken into custody but no one was located in the vehicle’s trunk.
A 20-year-old man died after an early Monday in a two-vehicle crash at Missouri 291 and Moss Avenue in Liberty, police said.
The victim was identified as Joaquin Mendoza Jr. of Liberty. The accident occurred just before 1:30 a.m.
According to the initial report, Mendoza was northbound in a Dodge Neon when he collided with a southbound Chevrolet Equinox. The driver of Equinox was taken to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.
Mendoza later died. The accident remains under investigation, police said.
Traffic was backed up along Page Avenue in St. Louis County Sunday morning after a semi-truck accident. The northbound on-ramp from Page Avenue is closed as of 8:45 a.m., according to MoDOT.
Authorities said the driver was attempting to head north onto I-170 on-ramp from Page Avenue when the truck flipped over.
The driver reportedly suffered minor injuries. No one else was hurt.
It is unclear what the semi-truck was hauling.
