Marcelo Zavala was headed eastbound on Summerlin Parkway just east of the Buffalo Drive exit at around 5 a.m. Sunday when he allegedly made an unsafe lane change, causing him to lose control of the Chevrolet Tahoe he was operating. The Tahoe hit another SUV that was behind him, sending it into a nearby guardrail. The Tahoe then rolled, landing on its roof and ejecting a passenger, Steven Alexander Salas-Limon, 19, who was killed. Four other people were taken to the hospital. Zavala, Jr.
