Court records show Zavala had three warrants out for his arrest. Two for driver without a license and one for leaving the scene of an accident. 

Bail set for teen driver in deadly crash

Bail was set at $200,000 for the 19-year-old driver in a deadly rollover crash that on Summerlin Parkway Sunday morning.
Marcelo Zavala was headed eastbound on Summerlin Parkway just east of the Buffalo Drive exit at around 5 a.m. Sunday when he allegedly made an unsafe lane change, causing him to lose control of the Chevrolet Tahoe he was operating. The Tahoe hit another SUV that was behind him, sending it into a nearby guardrail. The Tahoe then rolled, landing on its roof and ejecting a passenger, Steven Alexander Salas-Limon, 19, who was killed. Four other people were taken to the hospital. Zavala, Jr. is being charged with DUI with death, involuntary manslaughter, DUI with substantial bodily harm, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid driver's license and unsafe lane change.
