Thursday, January 22, 2015It was before 9:00pm when Moreau was driving on Clark Road in northeastern Saratoga County and lost control of the vehicle, possibly due to excessive speed and/ or worn-out tires, and plowed through a guardrail before striking several trees. Both Moreau and his passenger Otruba were removed from the truck, but were pronounced dead at the scene. Investigation to determine the cause of the accident continues.

New York, NYA minivan struck and killed a man who was changing his tire on the Van Wyck Expressway near John F. Kennedy airport at 4:00 a.m. Sunday. There were three people in the minivan and one person in the victim's car, a Chevy Malibu.
