It was in the evening when a police officer attempted to pull over a pickup truck driven by a 17-year-old male driver, who did not stop and sped away before eventually crashing. Drake D. Carson managed to flee the scene of the crash, but left in the car were two passengers, a man with serious injuries who was eventually brought to the hospital, and a woman, Rihannon L.
