Madison, WIDelmar Faltades-Sosa was driving a UTV on Borah Road when he lost control of the UTV on a 90-degree turn and the vehicle tipped onto its side. No one was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. Edwardo Suarez suffered head injuries and was transported to an area hospital by medical helicopter. Faltades-Sosa and Abing suffered minor injuries.

Green Bay-Appleton, WIA man, 35, of Oshkosh has died in an ATV accident in Oconto County of northeastern Wisconsin. The crash is currently being investigated. Reports reveal that the 35-year-old man was unable to negotiate a curve, drove off the road and crashed into a stand of trees near Mountain. The victim was pronounced dead later at a lcoal hospital. Another driver reported the crash when he came upon the scene around 9:45 p.m.

Madison, WIIt was about 3:10 p.m. when 37-year-old Shawn F. Constantini was driving an ATV in the gravel driveway of a residence on Horan Road, and he crashed into a utility pole. A 6-year-old child that was not wearing a helmet was sitting in front of him on the ATV and sustained severe injuries. Constantini sustained some minor injuries, and was arrested for causing great bodily injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle and bail jumping. La Crosse-Eau Claire, WIWalter was not wearing a helmet when he was ejected from his ATV and died at the scene. The truck driver who hit him had minor injuries but refused medical attention.
