Boy, 6, severely injured in ATV crash; driver allegedly drunk
The boy was sitting in front of him on the ATV.
It was about 3:10 p.m. when 37-year-old Shawn F. Constantini was driving an ATV in the gravel driveway of a residence on Horan Road, and he crashed into a utility pole. A 6-year-old child that was not wearing a helmet was sitting in front of him on the ATV and sustained severe injuries. Constantini sustained some minor injuries, and was arrested for causing great bodily injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle and bail jumping.
