Rita Miramontes, 51, killed and three minors injured in car accident on I-70 in Millard County, Utah

Salt Lake City, UTThe Utah Highway Patrol has identified a woman killed in the crash of a pickup truck on Saturday, November 16, on Interstate 70 near Cove Fort. UHP said Rita Miramontes, 51, of Phoenix, was eastbound on I-70 near mile post 201 when the right rear tire of her Ford F-150 went flat. The pickup went into a skid, left the roadway and rolled several times into the median about 2:40 p.m. on Sunday. The driver's three children were injured and taken for treatment at a regional hospital. Check back for more information on this crash as it becomes available.

Salt Lake City, UTThe Utah Highway Patrol says a roll over crash happened on Interstate-15 near Parowan Friday afternoon.
A southbound vehicle blew a rear tire and it rolled off the highway. The vehicle came to rest on it's side.
The 36-year-old male driver was uninjured in the crash, but his wife was pinned in the Ford Expedition and she had to be freed by the fire department.
The woman sustained some moderate injuries in the crash, according to a UHP press release.
Three children were also in the car and they were treated and released from a local hospital in Cedar City.
