A man identified as John Wilcsek, 28, was riding motorcycles with his father in Encinitas Saturday when he smashed into two vehicles and killed due to the extent of his injuries. The accident occurred around 10:15 a.m. as the men were riding separate motorcycles south on North Rancho Santa Fe Road, sheriff's Sgt. Joe Tomaiko said. As they went around a curve north of Peppertree Lane, a Hyundai sedan was ahead of them, preparing to turn left, and the riders directed around on each side of the car. John Wilcsek's motorcycle hit the Hyundai and the bike went in flames.
