1 person was killed and 3 others injured in car accident on the westbound Fifth Street off ramp of Interstate 80 in San Francisco, CA after a vehicle crashed into a wall. Gutierrez, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead after being brought to a hospital. The three other individuals were transported to a hospital.
