The California Highway Patrol has cleared the scene of a fatal crash on westbound Interstate Highway 80 in San Francisco.
One dead, three injured in crash on Fifth Street off-ramp in SF
One person was killed and three more injured in a solo-vehicle crash on an Interstate 80 off-ramp this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
1 killed, 3 injured in wreck on S.F. off-ramp
The off-ramp was closed until just before 6 a.m. while investigators processed the scene and crews cleaned up the wreckage. Authorities said the driver was not impaired and speed was probably a factor in the crash.

Gutierrez, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead after being brought to a hospital. The three other individuals were transported to a hospital.
