Houir, of Douglassville, allegedly walked into Affinity Federal Credit Union shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Halloween and said he had a bomb, demanding cash from the tellers.  His escape route was monitored by a tracking device hidden in the cash before his Mercedes crashed at Carousel Village at Indian Walk on Route 413. He was caught about one-quarter mile away after knocking on someone's door and asking for help calling a cab wearing a tank top, underwear, and shoes.
