A 16-year-old was seriously injured after falling from a mountain board, similar to a skateboard, while being pulled by a vehicle in Ashburn, Va., Sunday. Another 16-year-old was driving the vehicle, which had a rope tied to the rear, in the parking lot of Broad Run High School. That teen has been charged with reckless driving. The victim, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to Inova Loudoun Hospital and was later airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital. Last year, another Virginia teen died in a similar incident.
