Tuesday, March 10, 2015A 32-year-old driver from Lynnwood was driving on Highway 1 around 6:30 a.m. when they crossed the solid double yellow line and struck a vehicle driven by Jason Wallace head on. Wallace had to be extricated before he could be transported to Cottage Hospital with major injuries. The other driver died at the scene.
