Orange County, CAIt was about 9:30pm when a police officer attempted to pull over a woman on West Cerritos Avenue in Cypress, and she sped away, leading Cypress police on a high-speed chase through city streets. At one point, the woman apparently threw a dog out of her car window, before crashing just inside the city limits of Anaheim on South Nutwood Street. She was arrested and is suspected of DUI, as well as animal cruelty and evading arrest.

Tri-Cities, TN-VAStanley and Addington were engaged in a high-speed chase after they refused to stop for an officer attempting to pull them over for registration violations. At some point in the chase, the suspects reportedly threw a gallon-jug of Muriatic acid onto the roadway behind them, which created a chemical cloud that caused the police officer to lose control and strike a mailbox. While the suspects successfully eluded police during the chase, they were still later found and arrested.

Philadelphia, PAHouir, of Douglassville, allegedly walked into Affinity Federal Credit Union shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Halloween and said he had a bomb, demanding cash from the tellers. His escape route was monitored by a tracking device hidden in the cash before his Mercedes crashed at Carousel Village at Indian Walk on Route 413. He was caught about one-quarter mile away after knocking on someone's door and asking for help calling a cab wearing a tank top, underwear, and shoes.
