Tampa-St. Petersburg, FLAt about 7:30 a.m., Takashemia Sanders was driving west on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard when she for some reason lost control of her vehicle and drove over a railroad crossing, before veering to the right and striking a tree. Both Sanders and 30-year-old Mickal Graham were thrown from the vehicle, only Graham survived, and was stabilized at the hospital.

Tampa-St. Petersburg, FL39-year-old Polk County woman Amanda Sue Reedy died early Sunday from injuries she suffered in a single-vehicle crash on 80 Foot Rd. in Bartow, Florida. Sheriff deputies responded to a call about an overturned vehicle in the 1000 block of the roadway. When they arrived they found a 2000 silver Chevrolet Tahoe with Reedy pinned underneath. Investigators believe the accident occurred sometime after 1 a.m.
