A Union Pacific Railroad spokesperson said the Amtrak train sounded a warning signal as it approached the victim from behind. But the 24-year-old man, Carlos Segovia Solis, who investigators said they believe was wearing headphones, didn’t move off the tracks near Buckner road.

Willie Nolen Jr., 59, was killed after being struck in the road by a vehicle on South Buckner Boulevard near Scyene Road in Dallas, Texas.  The vehicle did not stop to offer assistance and police are still looking for the driver in this hit-and-run incident.
