Police said Hatch was not wearing a seat belt. Police said the car, driven by Noe Munoz-Rubio, 23, of Orland was traveling east on Indiana 4 when it left the south side of the road, rolled over and struck a tree before coming to rest on its top. Munoz-Rubio, who was wearing his seat belt, was trapped and had to be extricated from the car by Ashley firefighters, police said. He was flown to Parkview Regional Meidcann Center in Fort Wayne with head, neck and facial injuries. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the crash.

Richard D. Rosales, 24, of Naches was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. His passenger Riley Hibbs was taken to Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released. Troopers said Rosales was driving eastbound about 3:30 p.m. when he missed a curve and crossed Old River Road in a Toyota Tacoma. The pickup rolled and struck a house. The crash was blamed on excessive speed; intoxicants were not involved.

Details on the crash itself are limited, but it has been reported that on August 20, 2014, a car driven by Jones rolled off of Colockum Road, ejecting Underwood and coming to rest on top of her, leaving her to be pronounced dead at the scene. Jones is now facing a charge of vehicular homicide.

Town of Tonawanda Police say 37-year-old Jamie LaChance was killed in a rollover accident that shut down a portion of the I-290 East for about three hours Tuesday. Police say LaChance was driving near the Elmwood exit around 3 PM when he lost control of his car, crossing all lanes of traffic. They say his car went into the median and likely rolled several times before coming to a stop. LaChance was thrown from his car and died at the scene. Investigators had to close down a lane as they conducted their investigation, causing backups along the I-290 East well into rush hour.

Clifton Davis, 27 of Rapid City, died on August 22 after he was injured in car crash on August 19. Davis' car ran off of Skyline Drive, rolling down a cliff onto its roof on the road below. When first responders arrived, Davis was unresponsive. Alcohol was determined to be a factor in the accident.

A 58-year-old Huson man died in a rollover crash on Interstate 90 just west of Alberton. The Montana Highway Patrol says the man was eastbound at about 6:30 p.m. Monday when he drove off the left side of the road into the median. The man overcorrected back onto the roadway and lost control of the car, which rolled through the median and came to rest in the westbound lanes. Missoula County Sheriff's Capt. Rob Taylor says Jeffery Porter was thrown from his car and died at the scene. The crash closed the interstate for over two hours.

Ching was traveling home to surprise his little brother on the first day of school. The two shared "a special bond," said the boys' mother Sue Vicary, of Fort Collins. Ching taught his little brother how to tie his shoes, went fishing with him frequently and read to Alexander almost every night when he was home.

Authorities say a 28-year-old woman died in a rollover crash near Pryor, but her 2-year-old son survived with minor injuries. The Billings Gazette reports the Big Horn County coroner identified the woman as Nikki Dillon of Pryor, though she recently lived in Crow Agency. Montana Highway Patrol officials say she was driving east on Highway 91 when she veered off the road, overcorrected and rolled down a steep embankment. It is not clear when the crash happened. Dillon was last seen on Tuesday night, and the vehicle was spotted Wednesday afternoon.

Officials in northeastern Montana have identified a 27-year-old Morehead, Kentucky, woman who died in a weekend rollover crash near Fort Peck. Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Glenn Quinnell tells The Billings Gazette that Samantha J. Conn died just after 8:30 a.m. Saturday when she was thrown from a minivan as it rolled. The patrol says Conn's sister was northbound on Secondary Highway 24 when she became distracted by deer on the side of the road.
