Michael Anguille, 29, is facing several charges including DUI with serious bodily injury and DUI with property damage in the Sunday night crash in the 4100 block of N. Federal Highway. 55-year-old Kim Smith was driving her Ford Explorer northbound on H. Federal Highway when she was struck by a Nissan Altima driven by Anguille, who was heading in the same direction at a high rate of speed.
