Miami Police say a three-year-old who was thrown from a car Tuesday evening was not restrained when the accident happened. A three-year-old child was thrown from the SUV involved in this accident and later died. According to the accident report, the Tahoe, driven by Kayden's sister, Kierra Lee, 19, failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign which caused a crash with a silver Cadillac. Police said if the child had been properly restrained in a car seat, he would not have been thrown from the car and most likely would have survived the crash with his sister.
