Lexington, KYOne person died in a fiery collision on Wednesday morning on U.S. 27 just south of Stanford, at 1:50 a.m. The crash occurred when a red Pontiac Grand Am was heading southbound without any lights on when another Pontiac crashed into the back of the vehicle. The red vehicle crashed into a rock wall, rolled, and caught fire. One person and two dogs were killed. Two people in the silver vehicle were not injured.

Friday, February 20, 2015A fiery head-on car accident in Pine Township, Michigan left two men in the hospital Friday afternoon. The accident occured at approximately 2 PM on M-91 in Pine Township when an SUV driven by a 52-year-old man was driving erratically at high speed before failing to negotiate a curve south of Langston. The SUV crossed into oncoming traffic, hitting head-on with a pickup driven by a 60-year-old man. The SUV began leaking gas immediately after the accident and caught fire. According to police, a passerby then extinguished the flames.
