Pittsburgh, PAA 6-year-old West Finley boy was killed Wednesday night when he was ejected from a Jeep on Interstate 70 in Buffalo Township, police said.
Dominic Rush was a passenger in a Jeep that lost control just east of the Taylorstown exit in Washington County at approximately 7:30 p.m., police said. The driver lost control, left the passing lane and traveled 342 feet in the median before the car rolled over on its roof.
Dominic was ejected and pinned under the Jeep. Witnesses lifted the Jeep and removed the boy, police said.
The driver was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital by a helicopter.

Indianapolis, INA semi truck driver who stopped to help two other motorists involved in a crash was struck and killed by another semi this morning on Interstate 70 westbound near the Indianapolis International Airport.
Two vehicles collided after 3 a.m. today, just east of the area of the airport, an Indiana State Police post commander said. A truck driver pulled over behind the crash and got out of his truck. He was walking toward the injured motorists when he was struck and killed, police said.
After several hours of closure, westbound I-70 was reopened in the area by 7:45 a.m..

Salt Lake City, UTA driver is accused of smuggling undocumented immigrants through Utah, four of whom died last week when their van rolled off Interstate 70 last week in Grand County.
Elvis J. Quintanilla-Vasquez, 36, was driving seven men to Chicago to work for a family member there when the van crashed May 16 about 34 miles west of the Colorado state line, investigators wrote in charges filed in Utah.
Four of the men were flung from the van and died.

Kansas City, MOKansas City police on Friday identified a woman killed in a traffic fatality Wednesday on Interstate 70 as Tabitha Lappin, 32, of Kansas City.
Lappin was westbound near Pittman Road about 9 p.m. when traffic began slowing, police said. She abruptly changed lanes from the outside lane into the middle lane and collided with a semi tractor-trailer already in the middle lane. The truck smashed into the driver’s side of Lappin’s vehicle, police said. She died at the scene.
