Sunday, May 31, 2015A 30-year-old man was bicycling north in the bike lane on Valenica Street when a 19-year-old woman veered into the bike lane and pinned him against a parked van. The driver then fled the scene, and the man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening internal injuries. After the incident, police located the woman and arrested her. She is believed to have been driving under the influence at the time of the crash.

Friday, March 20, 2015Filip Handl was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of murder in a suspected DUI-related collision. His stepdaughter died after Handl's vehicle backed over her. Authorities do not believe that the Handl intended to hit his stepdaughter, but meant to drive forward instead, crashing into the victim as she stood in the driveway. Handl was driving while under the influence of alcohol, and he admitted in his statements to authorities to having done so before, causing his stepdaughter's death. Police arrived to find a woman, underneath a truck. The woman was not breathing and had no pulse.

Saturday, November 8, 2014At about 8:30pm, Karrie Lyn Morgan entered I-80 going the wrong way and collided head-on with a car on the bridge, before running into to two other cars. Morgan and two other victims were hospitalized with minor injuries, but one victim sustained major injuries. Morgan will be arrested on suspicion of DUI and being an unlicensed driver.

Wednesday, February 5, 2014A driver, suspected off being under the influence, lost control of their vehicle crashed in front the Cliff House in San Francisco Thursday morning.
The roads were slick with rain but police said it was probably the suspected drinking of the driver that caused a single-vehicle collision.
The driver of an Silver BMW SUV drove down Point Lobos Avenue but failed to negotiate the turn at the Cliff House plowing over a sign post, smashing though a parked pickup truck and demolishing a concrete planter before finally coming to rest in front of the building.
