All eastbound lanes were closed for about 15 minutes for emergency crews to access the crash site and two lanes were reopened to traffic before the scene was reopened around 10:15 p.m.
At about 8:30pm, Karrie Lyn Morgan entered I-80 going the wrong way and collided head-on with a car on the bridge, before running into to two other cars. Morgan and two other victims were hospitalized with minor injuries, but one victim sustained major injuries. Morgan will be arrested on suspicion of DUI and being an unlicensed driver.
