The driver of a white pickup that was involved in a hit-and-run crash on Wednesday afternoon is still at large and could face charges. The pickup was going east and while attempting to turn left from Highway 14 onto 32nd Street in Washougal, Washington, hit a westbound vehicle causing the latter to roll over. After hitting a concrete barrier and deflating a tire, the pickup drove away. A 17-year-old teen passenger in the other vehicle suffered a head laceration but the driver was unhurt.

The pickup was eventually found abandoned near 22nd and E Streets.

Benjamin S. McDonald,19, crashed at high-speed into a semi driven by Phillip J. Koski, 65, near mile post 13 on Highway 14 in Camas, WA. McDonald was trying to pass Koski's semi trailer in the left lane, but lost control, hit the guardrail and overcorrected back into the right lane where he struck Koski's truck. A 67-year-old man was found dead at the scene of a rollover crash Friday night. The Walworth County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident at 10:53 p.m. on Highway 14 at Christie Road in the town of Darien. The driver and only occupant, Norbert J. Gravel Jr., of Crystal Lake, Illinois, was deceased, according to the report. Gravel was driving south on Highway 14 in his 2008 Jeep Patriot when he traveled left of center, crossing the center line. He entered northbound lanes, then the ditch and overturned.

At about 11:20am on Highway 14, a farm tractor driven by Eric Rebout, 24, slowed and signaled to make a left-turn into a driveway. A semi-truck driven by Richard Konsella, 74, attempted to pass Rebout, but struck the drivers side of the tractor, which caused the semi to roll onto it's driver's side. After Konsella was extricated from the vehicle, he was taken to Mercy Hospital, treated, and released.

A crash between a tractor-trailer and pickup left two people dead and one person injured. The wreck occurred just after 5 p.m. on Highway 14 at Weld County Road 31 west of Ault. The driver of the semi truck was not injured.

A fatal crash involving 3 vehicles was blocking all lanes of Highway 14 in Washougal Friday afternoon. The crash, involving three vehicles including a U-Haul van and a semi truck, happened around 9 a.m. at Highway 14 at milepost 22. Troopers were investigating the crash and had not yet released information about the victim or victims.

Two adults and a teen were injured in a fiery crash in Richland Center Friday evening, officials said.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department said deputies responded to a report of a three-vehicle crash on Highway 14 west of County Road B at 6:45 p.m.

Rock County sheriff's deputies are looking for a driver who fled after striking and killing two men on motorcycles.

Authorities say the men were among five motorcyclists traveling on Highway 14 near Janesville Sunday about 8 p.m. A mid-sized SUV, possibly a Nissan, crossed the center line and hit the first two motorcycles, killing 24-year-old Mitchell Vance, of Janesville, and 18-year-old Devin Julius, also of Janesville, formerly of Freedom.

The other three motorcycle riders and another vehicle took evasive action and avoided the crash.

Dennis D. Marlon, 34, was stopped at a red light on the westbound highway in his Pontiac Grand Am, where the highway intersects with Washougal River Road. When the light turned green, he entered the intersection and was rear-ended by a Chevrolet Aveo driven by Emily A. Hoyt, 17, of Vancouver. The crash was reported at 11:29 a.m. Marlon was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. He was also cited by the State Patrol for driving with a suspended license. Troopers said Hoyt wasn't paying attention and cited her for following too closely.

A Vancouver man who is suspected of drunk driving was injured in a single-vehicle crash on state Highway 14 in Skamania County Wednesday evening. Robert A. Haverkate, 59, was driving a 2000 Jeep Cherokee west on the highway about 7:15 p.m. five miles west of North Bonneville, when the Jeep left the roadway and went into a drainage ditch, according to a memo issued by the Washington State Patrol. The vehicle then returned to the roadway, crossed the highway and struck the eastbound guardrail which caused it to overturn, according to the memo. The vehicle came to rest on the center line.
