Three-car crash near kills Winlock man
A Winlock man died in a three-car crash on SR 14 east of Washougal on Friday morning.
Joseph M. Sparks, 27, was driving westbound in his pickup when he drifted over the center line, hitting a 12-foot U-Haul truck and a semi then spinning into the eastbound shoulder, according to a state Department of Transportation report.
