Wednesday, March 11, 2015On Wenesday afternoon in Wichita, a Chevrolet Monte Carlo was headed west on Pawnee at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control and struck a utility pole on the north side of the road near Woodlawn. The front seat passenger, Derrick Burnett, 17, and left rear passenger Dontrez J. Williams, 15, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Tuesday, March 10, 2015A Chevrolet Monte Carlo crashed into a utility pole, killing two and seriously injuring two more. Investigators believe excessive speed may be to blame for the accident. Derrick Burnett and Dontrez J. Williams both died at the scene. Ramaj M. White and Daraushea N. Goines were rushed to a local hospital.
