Charleston, SCA moped driver suffered significant injuries after a hit-and-run collision Tuesday night in downtown Charleston on King Street at the intersection of Courtland Avenue around 9 p.m. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and the moped driver was immediately taken to MUSC.

Charleston, SCPolice are asking the public for their help to find the driver of a dark-colored Dodge Challenger or Charger. The vehicle should have front-end damage and may be missing a headlight.
