A 17-year-old boy was killed and a 14-year-old boy injured when they crashed their motorcycles into a water truck at a track near Toutle, Wash. on Saturday. Dylan Bunnell, 17, of Mulino, Oregon and Anthony Hamilton, 14, were riding on the Riverdale Raceway motocross track when they went off a jump and crashed into a water truck head-on, landing on the grille and hood. The raceway was temporarily closed at the time of the collision while crews watered down the tracks, but he boys were unaware of the closure.What money damages are recoverable in a death claim?

A man is dead after being struck by a train Sautrday about 3 miles south of Kalama, Washington. The man was trespassing on the track at approximately 10:30 AM when he was struck by a southbound Amtrak passenger train in a remote area along the Columbia River. Seven trains were held up until about 1 PM.

Hope Ellen Frances Cain of Silver Lake died Monday evening when her vehicle was hit by a northbound Amtrak train at around 5 p.m. at the Horseshoe Bend Estates near Pleasant Hill Road crossing about four miles north of Kelso, Washington.
