Friday, December 19, 2014Benjamin Nobert, 36, was driving south on Eastmanville Street when he stopped at the intersection with West Randal Street and then entered the intersection when drove into the path of a second vehicle. Nobert was seriously injured and his passenger, Maddi Nobert, 9, suffered minor injuries. The other driver, James Arendus, 72, was not injured in the accident.

Thursday, November 20, 2014A 4-year old was hospitalized Thursday after the pickup truck he was riding in lost control on an icy bridge and then rolled down an embankment toward the Grand River around noon on the 68th Avenue bridge near Allendale. Julio Villanueva, 35, was driving south when he lost control of his 2003 Dodge Ram on the icy bridge, hit the guardrail, went over the side of the bridge and rolled down an embankment.
