A flatbed truck was heading east on Highway 88 at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday when it stopped to make a left turn onto a private driveway. A PT Cruiser stopped behind the truck, and then a Jeep Cherokee traveling at about 50 miles an hour and rear-ended the PT Cruiser.  None of the people involved in the accident suffered major injuries, he said. The driver of the pickup truck, a man in his late 50s, was uninjured.
