Salt Lake City, UTLeland Joseph Ogg, 35, of South Ogden, was driving his Honda Accord west on 1900 North when he crossed the center line and crashed into a Ford Ranger heading eastbound, at 1:00 a.m. Ogg was transported to McKay Dee Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the Ford sustained a broken leg and other non-life threatening injuries and was transported by LifeFlight to McKay Dee Hospital.

Salt Lake City, UTAt around 11:30am, a 59-year-old woman was driving westbound on a road that only had two eastbound lanes, and collided head-on with a car containing a 32-year-old woman, 5 and 6 year old girls, and an infant. The woman and infant sustained only minor injuries, but the other children were critically injured and flown to Primary Children's Hospital.

Salt Lake City, UTAn 11-year-old girl was in critical condition after the car she was riding in was broadsided by an SUV. The accident occurred about when a northbound sedan attempted to make a left turn and was struck by a southbound Chevrolet Trailblazer. The girl suffered a possibly fractured hip and internal injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
