Eastbound 21st Street was closed for a few hours, but has since been reopened.
No citations or arrests have yet been made and the accident is still under investigation.
At around 11:30am, a 59-year-old woman was driving westbound on a road that only had two eastbound lanes, and collided head-on with a car containing a 32-year-old woman, 5 and 6 year old girls, and an infant. The woman and infant sustained only minor injuries, but the other children were critically injured and flown to Primary Children's Hospital.
