A week ago, a hit-and-run driver ran into Chloe Williams while she was walking in a cross walk. She s been in a hospital bed ever since. Standing is hard for her. Walking is something she expects to work on soon. The 15-year-old said her recovery could come along faster if the driver who hurt her would turn themselves in. It would help a lot, said Williams from her Tacoma General Hospital bed. It would be really satisfying. Williams was hit while crossing West Stewart Avenue around 7:30 p.m. March 14.
