Washington, DCTwo people were killed and a third was critically injured after a car made a left turn on a red light in Prince William County early Sunday morning.
A 61-year-old woman driving a Honda Civic made the turn at the corner of Dumfries and Minnieville roads in the Manassas area. A second driver, a 39-year-old woman from Delaware, had a green light at the intersection and struck the Honda.
