Anchorage police say a male pedestrian was critically injured in a Fairview vehicle-pedestrian collision Monday night. According to a statement from a APD spokesperson, police initially received reports of the incident, at a residential parking lot near the intersection of 12th Avenue and Eagle Street, at about 7:30 p.m. “There sounds like there was a possibility that the pedestrian may have been sitting down or lying behind the vehicle as it moved,” police said. “It sounds like he suffered some pretty critical injuries.”
