A 22-year-old Street man died in a single-car accident Monday night in Pylesville.
Harford County Sheriff's deputies were called to the 4600 block of Clermont Mill Road around 9:15 p.m. Monday for a report of a crash. When they arrived, Nicholas Paul Bellinger, 21, of the 2300 block of Whiteford Road in Whiteford, was outside the 2004 Nissan passenger car he had been driving, according to a press release from the sheriff's office.
His passenger, Joseph Paul Giannasca, 22, of the 1000 block of Woodshire Lane in Street, was trapped in the car, according to the release.
An elderly driver from Colorado was killed and two Hillsboro residents in an SUV were injured in a two-vehicle crash that blocked U.S. Highway 20 near Santiam Pass, west of Sisters for over an hour Monday morning, Oregon State Police reported.
Troopers late Monday identified the woman killed in the crash as 86-year-old Deana May Igoe of Grand Junction, Colorado.
Preliminary information indicated that around 9:15 a.m., a 2008 Ford Fusion driven by Igoe was heading east on Highway 20 near milepost 82 when she lost control on the ice, troopers said.

Trooper Evan Harrell says 21-year-old Leroy Noble, of Reserve, died when the car he was riding in ran off the road and hit a tree. Harrell says Noble and the car's driver, 22-year-old Torian William, also of Reserve, were ejected from the vehicle.
William is being treated at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. The accident remains under investigation.
