Tulsa, OKNathan Tenison was driving on Highway 9 in McIntosh County when he ran a stop sign and struck a vehicle on its passenger side, killing 58-year-old David Hanks. Brandon Hanks, 24, was driving the vehicle that was hit and is the son of David Hanks. He survived the accident and his injuries were treated at a hospital in Eufaula. Tenison was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Tulsa where he is listed in stable condition. Everyone involved in the accident was wearing seatbelts.
