Blevins, who was wearing a seat belt, died at the scene, troopers said.
At around 1:00pm, Blevins was traveling southbound on State Highway 76 when she lost control, likely due to the snow and slush on the roadway, and rolled over off of the road, leaving her dead at the scene.
