At about 10:30pm, Barker was driving the wrong way in the westbound lane of I-182 when he struck two other oncoming cars, one of which contained Miriam Garcia, 30, and the other which contained Sanchez, Martha Zambrano, 49, an 11-year-old and a 12-year-old.
