A single-vehicle crash on Highway 13 south of Austin Rd. around 9:00 a.m. injured driver Priscilla Warner, 21, and passenger Brian Jolley, 30. Warner was driving south on the highway when she lost control and caused the vehicle to roll into a ditch. Both Warner and Jolley were hurt in the crash but not believed to be life-threatening injuries.

Mitchell Garrison, 17, was killed after his vehicle exited the roadway, hit a debris pile, and rolled at around 5:40 a.m. Saturday morning on Highway 5. Garrison was taken to Iowa Methodist Hospital where he later died. Evidence at the scene suggests the vehicle left the road on the right shoulder and crashed into a pile of debris. 19-year-old Trent Woosley was driving on KY 185 at about 3:00 a.m. when he somehow lost control of his vehicle and departed the roadway to the right, where it struck a culvert and rolled across the roadway. The crash took Woosley's life. Police say that alcohol was not involved.

14-year-old Lily Rhodes was riding on ATV with three friends at a birthday party when something, possibly a hole in the terrain, caused the vehicle to flip and eject all occupants. Of those involved, Rhodes sustained the worst injuries and had to have most of her arm amputated, though she should make a good recovery otherwise.
