Monday, April 6, 2015Gary Stilwell was traveling to Maria Carrillo High School on a skateboard. He was riding south on Calistoga Road through the Badger Road intersection when he collided with a car that was turning left on Badger. Stilwell was hospitalized with minor injuries. The driver, 27-year-old Carolina Campos, was not injured.

Tuesday, March 10, 2015Two people were riding skateboards on Galley Road when they attempted to cross westbound lanes of traffic and one of the skaters was struck by a car. The car, described as a 2004 to 2008 phantom gray pearl colored Toyota Corolla, kept going after the collision and did not stop to render aid. The 19-year-old skater suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. Several days later Kyle Atkinson, 21, was arrested in connection with the accident. He faces a charge of accidents involving death or personal injuries, which is a class four felony.
